Refund Policy and Procedure

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Helium Software ("we," "us," or "our") may process refunds for new purchases of the Helium Scraper software ("Software"). This Policy is supplementary to our End User License Agreement (EULA) and is incorporated by reference therein. Your purchase and use of the Software signifies your agreement to and acceptance of both the EULA and this Policy. We provide a complimentary, fully functional trial period for the Software, and we strongly advise all prospective users to utilize this period to assess the Software's suitability for their specific needs before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer a money-back guarantee for fourteen (14) days from the date of the initial purchase of a new license for the Software. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within this fourteen (14) day period. Refund requests received after this period will not be considered.

3. Refund Procedure and Processing

To request a refund, you may submit your request using our official contact form, following the conditions outlined in our official Refund Policy. Upon review and approval of your request, we will process your refund within five (5) business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for the funds to appear in your account is dependent on your financial institution.
