Optional update?
Is there a way to disable the auto-update prompt whenever I load up HS? I'm automating the loading of the scraper for periodic use and its become a problem when the scrape data is late due to the fact that the auto-updater prompt prevented it from running.
Re: Optional update?
You might be able to run Helium Scraper.exe directly
(instead of the Shortcut's ....appref-ms file, which calls the Helium Scraper.exe.manifest file, looks for updates, then launches Helium)
You can find the direct EXE file at this folder:
(in Win7):
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Z2731ZV5.AU5\18DYZA5Z.UNF
The red parts of the above path, will be different on your computer.

Re: Optional update?
Using the EXE directly might be a bad idea actually.
Check this thread to see what problems I had with using the EXE directly:

Using appref-ms solves my problem for now.
I'm not sure if future updates caused by using appref-ms will trip up a few of my automation runs like it might have for you. we'll see

It just wasn't indexed yet. I just did a refresh so this topic is now indexed. It doesn't work with quotes and stuff like that though. Just plain keywords....!!!
