How to add kind exception?.. by keyword, url, tag name or any method.
Need to navigate each green link and skip or except the red link

You can use Boolean Text Gatherers in the Project menu. Just create one with the "CNET" text and then create your kind without selecting links that contain the word "CNET". You can find more info about this feature in the documentation under Property Gatherers -> Boolean Text Gatherers.
