Helium Scraper Has Stopped Working-how to save data

Post by Christos » Fri Jun 15, 2012 3:38 pm

Some time after execution is complete and 5 out of 6 tables are exported, during the export of 6th table the message is "Helium Scraper Has Stopped Working" What can be done to recover this table, i expect Helium Scraper must be writing this data in a temporary file, because if we close the program the data is lost.

Hi,

First of all, Helium Scraper shouldn't crash at all. Any chance you can send this project for us to attempt to replicate this issue?

Regarding your data, you could use an external database file (in the database panel, click Export database -> Export and Connect). This will save the data to the database as soon as it is extracted.
