How to scrape Images & extract emails from them

Hello,
I understand that HS can scrape images (though I haven't tried it yet).
How can I get emails which are displayed as an image?
Here is an example of what I mean:
http://www.computrabajo.com.mx/bt-empd-topper.htm
Is there any way to get the email from the scraped images directly with HS?
Or do you have any experience / ideas how to resolve this, for instance together with an OCR?
