How to keep the column names on csv export

When I export to csv, I lose the column names (aka, header).

Maybe I'm overlooking something. But there are no export settings for exporting to csv.

The exported .mdb, does retain the header, but that's an unneeded step to convert to csv, especially if the information was there to begin with.

Is it a feature request to retain the header? If so, please add a radio button on the next version, "Keep column names, yes (default no)", when exporting to csv format?

We'll surely keep that in mind for the upcoming version. For now, you'll have to use a spreadsheet application (there are plenty of free ones in case you need one) to add them manually.

Good idea though.
