Try using the URL Variations premade at File -> Online Premades.

Hi I'd like to now how to use this premade file of URL variations, i'm able to load it but I don't know how to fill in the variables or how to run it ....

Could someone explain it to me?

Just import it and then from another actions tree use a Execute Actions Tree -> URL Variations action. Then use the dollar symbol as a placeholder to be replaced for the page numbers. There is also a sample usage in the premade's description.
