Hi,
I am a licensed customer for Helium Scraper and am facing an issue.
Please see attached project and also screenshots of the error. I even tried the "Start Processes" approach - but not sure how to go about it . Attaching that as well.
if there is a separate support system for licensed customers, I do not know how to get to it - please guide.
Thanks,
Saahil

Re: Helium Scraper Runs out of Resources
Hi Saahil,
You can use premium support from the Help menu in Helium Scraper and selecting Contact Support. Regarding your project, are you trying to extract all the product pages or just the first one (seems like your current project would extract only the first page)?.

Re: Helium Scraper Runs out of Resources
Jodi,
There are two projects in the attachment - one is setup not to use the instances method - which is the one that crashes after 50 products or so.
The second project has one part where all product URL's are scraped appropriately. Its just that I am not sure how to fire the extraction activity from that. That is the part I need help with.
Also, if I go to the Help > Contact Support menu, Im just taken to the contact us form on your website. Does it mean I ran out support credit/time?
Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Saahil

Re: Helium Scraper Runs out of Resources
Hi,
Regarding premium support, it looks like the standard support but is not (note the "Welcome to Helium Scraper's premium customer support." message).
Regarding your project, take a look at the attached one. I tested it with several pages and worked fine. Before running it, you'll need to export and connect to the database by going to the database panel (after opening the project) and selecting Export Database -> Export and Connect. Then save the project (this step is important) and run the Extract All actions tree. Note that this actions tree will execute the Extract Category Links tree, which will extract the link to the categories (I've added a URL column to your Categories table). Then the Start Processes tree will run and start extracting from each URL in the Categories table with multiple processes.
Let me know if there is anything is not clear about how this project works. I hope it helps clarify how the Start Processes action works.
