I am having to re-install Helium 3 on a new server install as I had some issues with it loading on my Windows server.
When I enter the activation code it says that the code has expired.
Could you please help. I am stuck without being able to use Helium at the moment as the 10 day trial period has expired on my new server install.

Unfortunately not, I have received no communication at all for a number of months now and there has seemingly been no activity on here either.
I think the project is run by just one person - Juan. Hopefully he is ok.

Sorry for the long wait. Please send a support request here, including the email you used to purchase Helium, and I'll look into this.

I have been attempting to contact you for over a year regarding my activation code, which is not working.
I have paid for a licence, however, I cannot use it and I am receiving no responses to any of my messages via email, your website, or via posts on here.
This is disappointing as I needed to use the software some time ago and had to abandon a project that I put 3 months of hard work and money into because I was unable to use Helium and lost confidence in what has previously been brilliant support.
Please can you help resolve this issue and get my activation code working again as I would like to resurrect this project.
