Helium scraper as a web monitoring tool

Is there any tutorial on how to setup Helium scraper to monitor a forum for new posts then scrape the content of the new posts? I would imagine one would setup a scheduler on windows to run a Helium Scraper instance by command line on a time interval. I'm now stuck at the part on getting Helium Scraper to extract only the new links on a forum. Is there some way to have it compare what's existing in a data table?

Helium scraper is not a real time monitoring tool. It is used extract data from websites into structured formats such as CSV, XML, Microsoft Access and any other custom text format for analyzing it.
