The website declined to show this webpage

Hi,
I'm receiving "The website declined to show this webpage" during the web scraping. I tried again today and it's still showing "The website declined to show this webpage". I can still access the website via my regular browser but it seems to have keyed on the Helium browser and shut me down. Is there a way to get around this?
