Select a row in a listbox and navigate next.

Hi
Just bought the program but got a problem with my site I am working on.
I made a several extract links and navigate but in the last steep I got the result in a listbox.
Then have have to click and select on one a row (get highlighted) and next button to extract data then go back to next order in the list
How will I solve that? I tried everything.
My skills in Helium is pretty new.

I manage navigate thru the listbox by the "select each" action, but i cant extract anything
Only if I but the extract outside the actiontree it extract the last "order"
